How should I do to return an item?

Please follow these 3 steps in order to request you return and refund:

1) Report by e-mail to shop@how-shop.com your reasons for the return, indicating the order number to which you refer, your name, email and phone number.
2) The customer service department will contact you to arrange the time, direction and packet pickup day.
3) The items to be returned should be properly protected, keeping the original packaging.

Please note that deadline for any refund is 15 days from the date of purchase.

Do I need to pay something for returning an item?

Please note that returns will be free in the following cases:

1) If at any time and by mistake, you get an item you did not order.

2) If you receive your purchase with any type of defect. Unless manufacturing defect, the products ordered cannot be returned out of costs. If your product must be returned to the supplier we agree to be as fast as we can to solve your issue. 

For any other reason the cost of returning a product is applicable by the Designer terms.

After approving the return, you will receive a confirmation telling you that the amount is credited to your account within days.

Remember that the payment to the credit card always depends on your bank.
HOW reserves the right to refuse returns communicated or sent after the deadline, or items that are not in the same condition they were received.

All prices are indicated in Euros and do not include Taxes or Shipping.
